3R & Beyond Foundation

We are 3R & Beyond Foundation. Our space is located in the Silver Oak Apartments, specifically unit 100/18, in DLF City Phase 1. Living and working in an apartment complex has its ups and downs. The parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but the location itself is good. We have been set up here for a while now. Most days it is just us handling whatever paperwork comes our way. We do not have a big sign outside or anything like that. It is a low-key operation. We like it that way because we can just focus on the work without people constantly knocking on the door. The rooms are a decent size, and we turned one into a main office area. It is not a polished corporate environment. There are stacks of paper on the desks and cables running along the floor in some spots. We just do what needs to be done. Sometimes we meet downstairs at the gate if someone is dropping something off. It feels very grounded. We are not into using a lot of buzzwords. We just tell people where we are and what we are currently working on. It is a simple setup for a group of people who just want to stay busy and helpful in our own way. We have a small kettle for tea and a fridge with some snacks. It is a relaxed way to work and it keeps us from getting stressed.
