Zyndicate Partners is based over in Udyog Vihar Phase IV, right at 76 D. Sector 18 is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. It’s an industrial kind of area, so there’s always something happening outside. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have the usual stuff like computers and a water cooler that sometimes leaks. We work on a lot of different partnerships and projects. It keeps us on our toes. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, so we’re always cleaning the windows. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lounge. We just need a place to sit and focus. The traffic in the evening can be a real headache, so we often stay a bit late to let it clear out. We drink a lot of chai from the stall around the corner. It's a regular workplace for regular people. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just know what we need to do each day. Some projects are harder than others, but we figure it out together. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We like being in this part of Gurgaon because it feels like things are actually getting built and done here. We aren't here to be flashy. We are just here to put in the hours and make sure everything is sorted properly.
