We’re located over on Street Number 7 in Krishna Colony, right in the heart of Gurgaon. Our shop is 233/12, and it’s usually packed with AC units, tools, and spare parts. Since we deal with air conditioning, our busy season starts early and doesn’t really stop until the weather cools down. The floor is often covered with copper pipes and toolboxes because the technicians are always coming or going. It’s a loud, busy place where the phone never seems to stop ringing. We handle everything from small repairs to larger installations across the city. The office part is just a small desk squeezed into the corner where we keep the logbooks and customer addresses. It’s often a bit cluttered with manuals and circuit boards. We don't have a fancy storefront; we're more of a service hub where the real work happens. Most of the staff are out in the field during the day, so it’s usually just one or two people here answering calls and organizing the schedule. We drink a lot of water and try to keep the fans going while we work. It’s a greasy, hands-on job that requires a lot of patience, especially when a unit isn't working right in forty-degree heat. We just take it one job at a time and try to keep the vans loaded with the right parts for the day's route. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork for the next morning.
