Zadro Construction

Our office is on the first floor of C 119 in Suncity Township. That’s in Sector 54 of Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how fast things change around here, but Suncity has stayed pretty much the same. We use a regular flat as our workspace for the construction business. It’s not a fancy office with a glass front. It’s just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper stacks. We are usually out looking at building sites during the day, so the office is often quiet until we get back in the late afternoon. We aren't interested in the corporate look that many companies in Haryana go for. We just need a place to keep our files and meet with people occasionally. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the parking is sometimes a mess, but we make it work. It’s a very local feel, and we know many of the people living in the township. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished pitches. We just focus on the building work and making sure everything is handled properly from our small base here in Sector 54. Most of our work comes from people who see us around or know our previous projects. It’s a simple, honest way to run a construction business in a fast-paced city. Often, we are out late at site and then start again early here.
