At Q 304 in Shispal Viharawho, right on Sohana Road Sector 49, you will find our little setup for Yp2N Gourmet Food Ventures Llp. We chose this spot because it’s close to a lot of things, even if the Sohna Road traffic is a nightmare most afternoons. We spend our days looking for better ingredients and trying to figure out how to get them to people without spending too much. Our office is a bit cluttered with samples and boxes that we haven't gotten around to moving yet. It’s not a corporate showroom by any means. We have some old chairs and a table that wobbles a bit if you lean on it too hard. We are just a small group of people who enjoy the food industry. Sometimes we stay late arguing about whether a certain spice works or if we should change a supplier. It’s messy work but we like it. We don't have a receptionist or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you just get one of us, probably sounding a bit tired if it’s late in the day. We just want to do right by the people who eat what we make. It’s a lot of trial and error here, and we have had our fair share of mistakes, but we just keep going.
