Young Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is based out of a house in Surya Vihar, specifically H/No-A 22. We’re located right near Sector-4 in Gurgaon, which is a busy part of Haryana. Using a house as an office works well for us because it feels more relaxed than a big office tower. We spend most of our time looking at site plans, dealing with contractors, and handling all the paperwork that comes with building things. Gurgaon is always growing, so there is usually a lot of noise and dust from nearby construction projects, including our own. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team that focuses on getting the job done right. We’ve been in this part of Surya Vihar for quite some time now, and we know the local suppliers and workers around here. It’s a practical setup. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the local area. When we aren't at the office, we’re out at the sites checking on progress. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s the nature of the construction business in India. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and try to stay organized.
