Xps Cargo Services is based out of a place that’s a bit hard to spell quickly: Daulatramkanwaliavpodhigarlatehrajgarhchuru. It’s basically in the Rajgarh tehsil of Churu. Being out here means we deal with a lot of local transport issues. It’s a dry and often dusty area, and that’s just part of our daily life. We move cargo around the region. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our office is simple and functional. We focus on the trucks and the loads they are carrying. There’s a lot of talk about road conditions and weather because that’s what matters to us. We’ve been working in the Churu district for quite some time now. We know the people and we know the routes. It’s not a fancy job. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure everything is lashed down properly. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing because of the long names of the places around here, but we manage. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just provide cargo services because that’s what we know how to do. The guys in the office are locals. We drink tea, talk about the day's work, and try to keep things organized. It’s a steady rhythm of loading and unloading. We don't need any polished mission statements to do our jobs every day. We just stay here in Rajgarh and keep the trucks moving as best as we can. It’s just a normal job for us.
