X Heal

X Heal is located at Plot Number 12 in Sector 42, Gurgaon. We are right across the road from Global Fire Mall. Being in Sector 42 means we are in a pretty good spot for people living in this part of the city. We chose this location because it’s easy to get to, but it’s not right in the middle of the worst traffic. X Heal is more than just a place to lift weights. We focus on health in a more general way. The atmosphere inside is usually a bit more relaxed than your average loud gym. We have different zones for different types of activities. It’s a clean and functional space. We don't believe in using a lot of marketing talk. We just show people around and let the place speak for itself. We have some regulars who have been with us since we opened, and it’s always good to see them. We try to keep the equipment in top shape, although things do break from time to time with heavy use. We just get the repair guy in and keep going. It’s a practical place for people who want to focus on their well-being without all the distractions of a big, flashy club. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in Gurgaon. We just want to be a reliable place where you can come and focus on yourself for a bit. We just open up every day and do our best.
