Our factory is located on Plot No. 11 in Sector 5 of IMT Manesar. This part of the city is always growing, and there is new construction happening everywhere you look. We moved into this spot a while back. It is a big space with very high ceilings, which is a good thing because it gets very hot in the summer months. We have a line of machines that take up most of the floor space. There is a steady rhythm to the place when everything is running the way it should. The floor is painted grey, but it has plenty of scuffs and marks from the forklifts moving pallets around. We have a small office area near the front where we keep all the paper records. It is usually a bit quieter in there, but you can still hear the dull thud of the presses through the wall. Most of our staff live nearby and have been working with us for a long time. We have a small garden area near the main gate that one of the guys looks after in his spare time. It adds a bit of nice color to the grey walls. We do not spend much on marketing or fancy brochures. We just focus on making sure the parts we produce are exactly what the customer asked for. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we all have to pitch in to fix it.
