W Pratisha Hospital

Being situated in Sector 56 near Sushant Lok II means we are right in the middle of a very busy residential area. Our hospital is a prominent spot on the Golf Course Extension Road. Most people find us easily because of the size of the building. Inside, it feels very different depending on which floor you are on. The ground floor is always a bit chaotic with people checking in and out. Up higher, it gets a bit quieter. We have nurses and doctors moving around constantly. The equipment is always being wheeled from one room to another. We have a small area where families can wait, and you see them there at all hours of the night. The staff here comes from all over the city, and we’ve become a bit of a tight group because of the long hours we spend together. We see people on their best days and their worst. It isn't always easy, and the paperwork can be a real headache, but we manage. The neighborhood has a lot of shops and small eateries, so sometimes we grab a quick snack from across the road during a gap in the schedule. We don't use much fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just about being here when people need a doctor or a bed. The facility stays open round the clock, so the lights never really go out here. We just keep going, day shift after night shift, keeping everything moving as it should.
