W. Diamant India Private Limited

Our building is over at Plot No. 136 in Sector 5 of the IMT Manesar area. This part of the country is very industrial, so there are factories and warehouses everywhere you look. We’ve been set up here for a good amount of time. We work with industrial tools and diamond products, which means there is often the sound of machinery in the background. It’s not a quiet office environment by any means. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve all gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial sector. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people who come here already know where we are. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, especially when the roads are under repair. Inside, the place is kept clean, but it’s definitely a workspace, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items and packing things up. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here; we just talk to each other across the room. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just keep our heads down and make sure we finish what we started for the day. It’s practical, everyday work that doesn't need much explaining. The fans hum all day and the metal desks get cold in the winter, but we're used to it.
