We are based at Plot 213 in Sector 7 of IMT Manesar. It’s a standard industrial plot, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We’ve been operating here for a few years now. The focus is on technology, but the day-to-day is mostly just hard work. We have a mix of office space and a work floor where the actual assembly happens. Manesar is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is close by. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows everyone else’s name. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. The work can be repetitive, but it’s important to get the details right. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We’re just people who come in every morning to build things. The building can get a bit chilly in the winter, so we all wear extra layers. We’ve seen other companies come and go in this sector, but we’ve managed to stay steady at Plot 213. It’s not a glamorous life, but we take a bit of pride in finishing the day’s tasks and seeing the crates ready for shipping. We just do our job and hope the machines don't break down too often. It’s a basic setup but it gets the work done without any fuss or drama.
