Our office is at C-1853, Phase-1, Sushant Lok. Vivek Logani Associates has been around for a while now. We’re just a group of people who work on buildings and design stuff for locals. Phase-1 of Sushant Lok is a place we’re very familiar with after all these years. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking at the schedule for the week. We handle various types of projects, and they all have their own specific headaches. Whether it’s a small renovation or something bigger, it’s all the same process of planning and then seeing if the builders actually follow the plans. They don’t always do that, which means we have to go out there and sort things out on the spot. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun or rain. The office at C-1853 is where we do the quiet work. It’s not fancy, just a place with enough tables for our drawings and a few computers. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. We just draw things up and try to make sure they’re built right the first time. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up fast. That’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve met a lot of different people over the years doing this work. It’s a good way to earn a living if you don’t mind the occasional stress of a building site.
