Malibu Town is a bit different from the rest of Gurgaon. It feels a little more tucked away, which we like. Our office is on the first floor at GS-159. It’s a decent space that gives us enough room to spread out our files and keep things organized. Having an office on the first floor is nice because you don't have to wait for an elevator every time you want to go out for a break or a quick snack. The view from the windows is mostly just the other buildings and the street below, but it lets in enough light so we don't feel like we're in a basement. We’ve got a small team here at Vipul Ltd. No one really has a fancy title that they use; we all just pitch in where we’re needed. Some days are quieter than others, which is when we try to catch up on all the filing that piles up. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and it feels like we're running in circles. We don't use any of that corporate language or have big posters with slogans on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock to keep us on track. It’s a simple, honest way to run an office. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure the paperwork is correct. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do here in Malibu Town every single day, year after year.
