Jalandhar is a place where people know each other, and Joginder Nagar is no different. Our office for Vipul Ltd is at number 198. It’s a straightforward building that fits right into the neighborhood. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights out front. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. Working in Punjab has a certain pace to it. We start the day early, get the tea going, and then start looking at what needs to be sorted out. The office isn't anything special to look at, just four walls, some desks, and the paperwork we deal with every day. It can get a bit dusty with the traffic on the main roads nearby, so there’s always someone cleaning something. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us making sure things get done correctly. We talk about the weather, the local news, and whatever else is happening while we work. There’s no script for how we talk to people who come in. We just speak plainly and try to help them out with whatever they’re looking for. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. It’s just about doing the daily tasks and going home at the end of the day feeling okay about the progress we made during the morning and afternoon hours.
