You can find us over in Bhondsi, which is a bit outside the main Gurgaon hub. Vipul Facility Mgt Pvt Ltd Gurgaon is run by Naresh Kumar and the rest of the team here in the village. It’s a bit quieter out this way compared to the city center, which we actually like. We handle facility management for various places, mostly by sending our guys out to wherever they are needed. It’s a lot of travel back and forth. Since we are in Vpo Bhondsi, we have a lot of local guys working with us. It feels more like a community business than a big company. We don't have fancy office furniture or a high-rise view. We just have our equipment and our trucks. The work is steady but can be tiring. One day you’re dealing with a generator failure and the next you’re sorting out the landscaping. We just take it one task at a time. Naresh keeps everyone on track, though things can get a bit chaotic when multiple jobs come in at once. We don't use much corporate lingo here. We just say what we mean and try to be helpful.
