We are based in Sector 10A over in Gurgaon. Vipul Facility Management Pvt.Ltd has been operating from here for some time. Gurgaon is a crazy place to work, with all the new construction and people moving in. Our office is right in the thick of it. Most of our work involves keeping residential and commercial spaces running smoothly. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. You have to keep track of a dozen different things at once. We handle the stuff people usually don’t want to think about, like trash collection or fixing the electrical board. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run into problems we didn't expect. But we just deal with it. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a hundred managers. It’s just us and our field staff doing the actual work. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are. No fancy jargon or empty promises. We just show up and do what needs doing. The weather in Gurgaon can be brutal, which makes outdoor maintenance a real challenge in the summer. We just push through it. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and sometimes Sundays too. That’s just how the facility business works in a city that never really stops growing. We’re just glad to be a part of the local scene here.
