Vintek Circuits India P Ltd is located out in IMT Manesar, specifically over at Sec-7. We actually use plots 241, 242, and 244, so it’s a bit of a spread across the street. Manesar is quite a drive from the city, and the roads can be a real headache during shift changes. When you get to our gate, there’s usually a bit of a wait while the security guard checks things. Inside, it’s mostly just work areas and storage. We don’t spend much on decor or anything like that. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just those long fluorescent tubes. Most of us arrive early to beat the worst of the heat. We have a lot of stuff moving in and out on pallets. Sometimes the loading dock gets backed up, and we all have to pitch in to clear the way. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We talk to each other across the floor rather than sending emails. It’s just easier that way when you’re right there. The canteen area is where we all gather for a bit of a break, usually complaining about the commute or the weather. It’s a busy place with a lot of moving parts. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we know the neighbors well. It’s just a standard factory setup in a very busy industrial town where everyone is just trying to get through their shift.
