Vimtech Infrastructure

Vimtech Infrastructure is basically run by a small group of us, and we are currently operating care of Narender Sharma. Our main point of contact is in New Delhi, right on the edge of the Haryana border. This area is always a mess of traffic and construction, which I guess is fitting for an infrastructure company. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites, trying to figure out why a shipment is late or how to fix a problem with a project. It’s not a glamorous life. We’re often covered in dust or mud, and our office is usually whatever corner of a site we can find or the back of a truck. When we are actually at the desk, it’s a constant battle with paperwork and permits. New Delhi has so many rules, and navigating them is a full-time job on its own. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller outfit, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at blueprints, and the next I’m helping move supplies because someone didn't show up. It’s exhausting, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on the work we’ve done and the people we know in the industry to keep things going. It’s a tough business, but we’re still here and we keep moving.
