Over in Gurgaon, we have our office for Vimtech Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd. located in Karishna Colony. Gurgaon is a whole different world compared to the older parts of Delhi, with all the glass buildings and the constant noise of new things being built. We are right in the middle of that growth. Our office in Krishna Colony is where we huddle up to plan our next moves. It’s a practical space, mostly used for storing documents and meeting with contractors. We don’t have any of those fancy modern office perks you hear about in the big tech parks. We just have a few desks, some loud fans for the summer heat, and a coffee machine that barely works. Most of our days are spent out in the field, checking on progress and making sure the foundations are being laid correctly. Infrastructure is a slow process, and it takes a lot of patience to see a project through from start to finish. We deal with all sorts of people, from government officials to local laborers, and you have to know how to talk to everyone. It’s a lot of coordination and a fair amount of stress when things don't go according to plan. But we’ve been in this game for a while now, and we know that's just part of the deal. We just keep showing up and getting the work done, one brick at a time, until the job is finally finished.
