We run the development business out of Jalvayu Towers in Sector-56. It's a well-known spot in Gurgaon, and our office is in unit E-213. Nikhil Bansal is the one who usually handles the main queries around here. Gurgaon has changed so much over the last few years with all the new buildings going up everywhere you look. We've been part of that change, working on various projects and keeping track of the paperwork. Sector-56 is a bit more settled than some of the newer areas, which is nice because there are actual trees and shops nearby. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and files scattered around the desks. We try to keep things moving with the different sites we manage. Sometimes people just drop by to ask about plots or construction updates. It gets quite busy on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to figure out the schedule for the week. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we sit and do the work. The elevators in the tower can be a bit slow during lunch hour, so we usually just wait it out. It’s a straightforward setup. We deal with the local authorities and contractors mostly. If you're in the neighborhood, you’ll see the sign for our block. We’ve been based in this part of Haryana for quite a while now. We try to keep our meetings short and useful.
