Vencom Design & Architecture

Our office is over in Surya Vihar, specifically G 405 in Sushant Lok Phase I. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren’t used to the area, but once you’re here, it’s pretty quiet. Vencom Design & Architecture is basically just a group of us who enjoy figuring out how to put buildings together. We spend most of our time at our desks or out on dusty sites checking on things. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes the printers act up right when we need a plan finished, which is frustrating, but that’s just part of life here. We handle a mix of stuff, from small room changes to bigger structural ideas. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just show you what can be done with the space you have in Surya Vihar or wherever the project is. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. There are usually stacks of samples lying around, like bits of wood or stone, and we’re always moving them from one table to another. If you drop by, don't expect a big reception desk or anything. You’ll just find us working. We like the practical side of things, making sure the roof doesn’t leak and the rooms feel okay to stand in. We aren't fancy, but we know how to draw a solid plan.
