Vatika Ltd.

Vatika Ltd. has been operating out of Uncha Majra for a good while now. Our setup is right here in the Gurgaon district, specifically within the Pataudi tehsil. Even though it’s a bit of a trek from the main city, we like it this way. The village atmosphere feels calm. Haryana is seeing a lot of development, but this little corner remains relatively peaceful. Flashy signs or big corporate offices aren't found here. It’s just a simple place where the work happens every day. In the afternoons, you might hear local kids playing nearby. Most of the time, we just keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. Because our staff isn't very large, everyone knows everyone else. This makes for a friendly environment. The building isn't new, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. Many seasons have passed through Pataudi while we watched from these windows. There's no big mystery to the way things are run. Showing up and handling the business as it comes in is what we do. Local people who know us by name make up most of our visitors. Since people already know where to find Vatika Ltd., we don't do much in the way of advertising. It’s a steady life here in Uncha Majra. Being content with the way things are going is important. We just keep moving one day at a time.
