Our place is at House Number 155, right in Gali Number 07 of Hans Enclave. If you know Gurgaon, you know these residential lanes can get a bit crowded, but we like being right in the middle of a neighborhood. It is more of a home-office setup than a formal business building. We have been operating out of this street for quite some time now. People from the enclave often stop by just to chat or ask about local property stuff. We keep our files in the front room and that is where most of the talking happens. It’s not a shiny glass building like the ones you see in Cyber City. It is just a regular house where we do our business. The neighbors know us well and we try not to block the lane with too many cars. Working from Hans Enclave keeps us close to the ground. We handle a lot of the smaller details that the big firms don't bother with. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks in through the gate. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know the area. It is a simple way to run a company, but it works for us and the people we serve here in Gurgaon. There is always a pot of tea going and some paperwork to finish before the sun goes down.
