Vatika Group

Vatika Group is set up over in Parabagnan, which is in the Dist. Hoogh area. Specifically, we are at O Kanai Lal Ghosh Vill. and P.O. It is a bit of a different setting than a big city office. We are surrounded by more greenery and the pace is a lot slower. We like it because it allows us to focus without all the city noise. The office is basically a local building where we have all our stuff. It’s simple and functional. We don't have marble floors or glass elevators. We have sturdy desks and people who have lived in West Bengal their whole lives. Most of us walk or bike to work. It’s a community feel here. When you come into the village, everyone knows where the post office is, and we are right nearby. We handle our business with a lot of local knowledge. We don't use big words or try to confuse people. If someone has a question, we just sit down and talk it through over some tea. It is a very direct way of doing things. The building stays cool in the summer because of the way it was built. We are proud to be part of the Parabagnan area. It’s a quiet life, but the work we do keeps us plenty busy throughout the week. There is always something to do around here.
