We are based over at D-40 in the Uppal South End Floors. It’s right in the middle of Sector 48 and 49 on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and the new buildings going up everywhere. Our office is inside one of the residential floors, so it feels more like a house than a typical workplace. We like it that way because it isn't so stiff or formal. We have a few rooms set up with desks and some old sofas for when people come to visit. The Vatika Group Limited team here spends most of the day on the phone or working through files. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for us anyway. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big meetings or polished presentations. We just deal with the tasks as they come. It can get a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace for a team that has been around the Gurgaon scene for a long time. We just keep our heads down and try to get through the daily list of things to do, without making a big deal of it.
