Varite

We've been operating out of New Delhi for a while now. Varite is just a regular office where we get things done. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the Delhi traffic outside, but we manage. Most days it’s just about answering emails, taking calls, and making sure everything is moving along like it should. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at our desks. Sometimes we go out for tea in the afternoon when things get a bit too much. The office is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet once you're inside. We’ve had a few people join us lately, so the space is feeling a bit smaller than it used to. We just try to keep things organized. If you ever stop by, you'll see we're just normal people trying to do our jobs well. It’s not always perfect. There are days when the printer acts up or the internet is slow, but that's just how it goes. We don't really go for the corporate lifestyle here. It's more about getting the work finished so we can go home to our families. We appreciate when things run smoothly, but we're used to the little hiccups that come with working in a city like this. It keeps things interesting. We might not have everything figured out perfectly, but we show up every morning and put in the time. That's really all there is to it.
