Varite India

Our office is at A-1/106 in Sushant Lok, Phase-2. If you are around Sector-55 in Gurgaon, you might have passed by us. It is a pretty standard setup for this part of Haryana. We spend our days here at Varite India doing a lot of computer work and taking calls. It is not one of those big glass buildings you see in the city center. It is more of a local spot. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a real headache so we usually try to get in early. Once we are inside it is just a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets. We do not have any big posters on the walls or a fancy reception desk. Usually someone just yells out when a visitor arrives. We have a small pantry where we make coffee that is honestly not that great. Most of the time we just focus on the spreadsheets and the emails. It is a quiet environment for the most part. We have a few plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water. The team here is small and we have known each other for a long time. There is no corporate ladder to climb or anything like that. We just work on the projects as they come in and try to stay organized. It is a simple way to spend the work week. We like being in this part of the city because it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than the industrial areas. We have been here for quite some time now.
