Vakancy Voyage Hr Consultancy is based in Gurgaon, over in Rajiv Nagar. Specifically, we are at 1624/3, Room No.-07 on New Mata Road. It’s a busy little spot and can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking closely at the numbers. We are just a small HR consultancy working out of a modest room. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for jobs and companies that need workers. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through applications. New Mata Road is always full of life, which is nice, even if it gets a bit loud. We don't have a big HR department ourselves, it's just a couple of us doing the legwork. We aren't one of those big fancy firms in the high-rise buildings you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We are more of a local operation. We try to be helpful to the people who walk in. Some days are slow and we just organize our files, while other days are packed with interviews. We don't use any complicated systems or fancy software. It’s just us and our computers. We’ve helped quite a few people find their way into new roles over the months. It’s satisfying when a match works out for everyone. We just keep our heads down and do the work from our little office in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a simple business for simple goals.
