V-Xpress

You can find us at V-Xpress, located at 334 Street No.12 in Lajwanti Garden, New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood, and our street is usually lined with scooters and people going about their business. We’ve been running things from here for a good amount of time. Working in express delivery and logistics in Delhi means you have to be quick on your feet. There’s no room for being lazy when people are waiting on their packages. Our office is a simple room with a couple of computers and a lot of shelf space for incoming items. It’s not polished or corporate. There are stacks of boxes in the corner and a calendar on the wall that’s covered in notes. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy slogans at V-Xpress. We just look at the address on the box and figure out the fastest way to get it there. Lajwanti Garden is a tight-knit place, and we know many of our neighbors by name. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by candlelight for a bit, but we don't let it slow us down too much. It’s just the reality of running a small business in the city. We take things one day at a time, making sure each delivery is accounted for. If you’re ever in Street No.12, you’ll likely see us sorting through the morning's haul and drinking tea.
