Our office is situated at 223/220 in the Civil Lines area. It’s a bit of a quieter part of town compared to the main markets, which we appreciate. The building is solid and has been here for many years. We have a few rooms where we coordinate everything. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks, talking on the radio or the phone. There is a lot of coming and going, especially with staff checking in and out at different hours. The office doesn’t have much in the way of style, but it’s functional. We have a lot of logs and registers stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but we make it work. The area outside has some nice trees, which makes it feel a bit cooler in the afternoons. We’ve been in Civil Lines for quite some time now, so we’re familiar with all the local spots for tea and snacks. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for anything fancy or complicated. We just show up, do the scheduling, and make sure everything is in order. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not something we worry about too much. We’re more focused on the daily tasks and making sure everyone is where they should be.
