Utopian Craftsmen

You can find us on the first floor of E-46 in Sector 52, right in Ardee City. Being on the first floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we take a break. The space is filled with workbenches and all the tools we need for our daily tasks. It is a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home workshop than a big factory. We spend most of our hours measuring, cutting, and assembling whatever is on the schedule for that day. Sometimes the noise of the machines is a bit much, but that is just how it goes when you are making things. We try to keep the place tidy, but sawdust and bits of material always seem to find their way into the corners no matter how much we sweep. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps us stay focused on the details. People usually call before they come up since we are not on the ground floor. It is just a few of us here, and we have been working together in this spot for a while. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the work we do every day. Most of our time goes into the small adjustments that nobody else really notices but us. It is a steady pace of work from morning until we lock up for the night.
