Usha International Ltd in Gurgaon is located at 58, Lajpat Nagar. We are quite near the New Railway Road, which makes the area very easy to describe to people who are trying to find us. It is a busy part of Gurgaon with a lot of small shops and houses mixed together. We deal with various appliances and machines here. The building isn't brand new, but it is solid and stays relatively cool even when the Haryana summer is hitting hard. We have our desks set up in a way that allows us to talk to each other without shouting. There is usually a stack of manuals or parts lists sitting on the corner of the main table. We spend a good chunk of our time answering calls and checking on inventory. The railway road nearby means you can sometimes hear the trains if the wind is blowing the right way. It is a practical office for a practical company. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done. Sometimes a customer will walk in looking for a specific part for their sewing machine or a fan, and we help them out. It is a lot of paperwork and routine tasks that keep the place running. We close up at the usual time and head home through the Gurgaon traffic just like everyone else around here. It is just a normal office life.
