We run Urban Nest Real Estates Llp out of House Number 3 in Gupta Colony. We’re right near Pratak here in Gurugram. It’s a more residential feel than the big office towers, which we actually prefer. Our neighbors are mostly families, and we’ve been part of this community for quite some time. The office is basically a converted part of the house, so it feels very homey. We deal with all sorts of real estate questions, mostly helping people find houses or small shops nearby. There’s always someone dropping by for a chat or to ask about a price they saw on a sign. We keep our files organized, but the desk usually has a few tea cups on it by noon. It's not a high-pressure environment here. We just know the streets and the people around Gupta Colony really well. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. Gurugram is getting so big, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We spend our days making calls and walking over to look at nearby properties. It’s a lot of footwork. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know how to get the paperwork done. If you're looking for us, just look for the sign near the gate. It's a simple life and we like it that way.
