Our office is located in Sector 39 of Gurgaon, specifically at house number 714. It’s a regular house that we’ve converted into our workspace. Being in a residential sector makes it feel more like a home than one of those cold, glass office buildings you see downtown. We work on various development projects around the city. Gurgaon has changed so much over the years with all the new buildings popping up, and we’ve been part of that growth in our own small way. We don’t have a big staff here, just a few people who know the local land rules and how to get things built. You won't find any glossy brochures or high-pressure sales pitches in our meeting room. We mostly sit around a large wooden table and look at blueprints or talk to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon or the internet is a bit slow, but we just keep at it. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask about property values or what new projects are starting nearby. We like being accessible to people like that. It’s a straightforward business where we try to make sense of all the construction and planning happening around us. We aren't a massive developer with towers everywhere; we just take on what we can handle from our little spot in Sector 39. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know.
