Unitech

Unitech is located at House Number 1110 in Sector 9A. This part of Gurgaon is a bit quieter than the main roads, which we actually prefer for getting our work done. Being here in Haryana gives us a good base to operate from. Our office is basically a converted house, so it feels a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We have been here for a long time and the locals mostly know who we are. We don't put on any airs or graces. There are no receptionists in uniforms or anything like that. When you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks. We deal with all the usual stuff that comes with running a business in India. Sometimes the internet is slow or the heat gets a bit intense, but we just get on with things. It’s a plain environment where we focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big mission or any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have calendars and some old folders. It’s a very human way to work. We like the independence of being in a sector like 9A. It feels more like a community than a business park. We’re just regular people working out of a regular house, trying to do a decent job every day. It works for us and our small team.
