Our office is at H-1926 on the first floor in Sector 46 of Gurgaon. If you’ve spent any time in Gurgaon, you know Sector 46 is a pretty active area with a lot of people moving around. Being on the first floor is actually quite nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs, and it's easy for people to find us once they get to the right block. The building is a typical Gurgaon residential-style structure that we’ve converted into our workspace for Unitech Ltd. It’s not a glass-and-steel skyscraper, which we actually prefer because it feels a bit more grounded. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files. We spend a lot of time here just keeping up with the workload. The parking around H-1926 can be a little tight during the middle of the day, so we often have to park a bit further down the road and walk. It’s not too bad, though. We’ve got a small balcony where we can step out for a minute when we need some air, although most of the time you’re just looking at more houses and cars. It's a very practical place. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything, just a kettle and some tea bags in the corner. It works for what we need to do every day without any extra fuss. The local market is close enough if we need to grab something quickly to eat.
