Our office is at F 115 A in New Palam Vihar, Phase 1. We are Unitech Ltd., and we’ve been set up here in Gurgaon for several years now. It’s a growing area, but our street still feels like a regular neighborhood. We don’t have a high-rise office or a fancy front desk. It’s just us and our equipment in a practical space. We get to work early and usually stay until the job is done. The team is just a few local folks who know the area well. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act more important than we are. We just take care of the business at hand. Living and working in Haryana, you see how fast things change, but we like to keep our operations simple. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past F 115 A. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Sometimes the office is a mess with folders and coffee mugs, but it shows we’re actually working. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. If you’re around Phase 1 of New Palam Vihar, you might see us. We are just a group of people working together under the name Unitech Ltd. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's convenient and the community is good.
