We at Unitech Ltd are based in South City I in Gurgaon. This area has been around for a long time and has a very established feel to it. Our office isn’t in one of those new towers; it’s a more traditional setup. We’ve been here through all the changes Gurgaon has seen over the years. It’s a mix of residential and small commercial spots. The roads are lined with trees, which makes the walk from the car to the office a bit better in the morning. Inside, things are pretty standard. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area where the kettle is always on. We aren't a big flashy company. We’re just a bunch of people doing our jobs every day. There isn’t a lot of drama or high-stakes meetings. We just look at what needs doing and we do it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water cooler runs out, just like any other place. It’s an honest environment. We don’t use fancy titles or have big corporate policies. We just know what our work is and we stick to it. It’s been our routine for a long time, and we’re quite used to the way things run in this part of Haryana. Sometimes we sit out on the steps during lunch just to get some air. It’s a simple way of working, and we’ve grown to like the quietness of this specific corner.
