Unitech Ltd

Here at Unitech Ltd, we are located on the first floor of House Number 2 in Block Q1. This is over in South City-2, Gurgaon. It’s a decent neighborhood, mostly residential with wide enough roads. Working from a house gives the whole thing a different feel than a regular office building. We have the usual stuff—computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of chairs for whoever stops by. It’s fairly quiet around here, which is nice when we need to focus on the accounts or the filing. We aren’t a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s a small group of us keeping things going. Most of the people in the area are families, so it’s a friendly vibe. We’ve been here long enough to see the trees grow taller and the shops at the corner change owners. We don’t do anything flashy. There’s no big sign with lights on it. Just a small plate by the door. We spend our days going through records and making sure the numbers add up. It’s practical work. Sometimes we order food from the local market when we have to stay a bit late. It’s just a normal day-to-day existence in a Gurgaon suburb. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just open the doors in the morning and close them at night. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is a nice break from the screen.
