Unitech Limited

Our location is House No. 889/31 in Sector 31, Gurgaon. This is a residential sector, so it’s much quieter than the commercial hubs you see elsewhere in the city. We like the change of pace. The house is a standard Gurgaon plot, and we’ve converted it into our working space for Unitech Limited. It’s got a very lived-in feel. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea and coffee. There’s a bit of a driveway where we park our scooters and the occasional car. Working in a residential area means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we don’t make too much noise. The interior is simple, mostly white walls and basic office furniture that we’ve gathered over time. It’s not a design-heavy space. We spend our hours looking at spreadsheets, talking to contractors, and sorting out the mail. It’s honest work and doesn't require a fancy glass building. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have deadlines looming. When that happens, the office gets a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we eventually clear it all up. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a lot of rules about how to dress. We just show up, do our work, and head home when the day is done. It’s a straightforward life in Sector 31.
