Unitech Limited

At H.No-82 in Nitin Vihar, things are a bit different than the main parts of Gurgaon. Being in Naharpur Roopa, near the Khandsa area, means we’re a bit tucked away. It’s not the easiest place for newcomers to find, but we like it that way. It’s a bit quieter than the city center, though the nearby industrial activities keep things interesting. Our building is a solid, no-nonsense house that we’ve turned into our base for Unitech Limited. Inside, it’s all about the work. We don’t have any fancy signs or bright lights. Most of the furniture has been here for years and shows its age, but it’s sturdy. We spend our days dealing with the logistical side of things, lots of phone calls and ledger entries. The power can be a bit unreliable sometimes, so we’ve gotten good at working around the cuts. There’s a small group of us here, and we usually eat lunch together in the back room. It’s a very local feel. We see the same neighbors every morning and know the guys at the local shops. It’s a practical, hardworking environment without any of the corporate fluff you find in the big glass towers. We’re just regular people doing our jobs in a part of Gurgaon that still feels like a real community. It’s a little rough around the edges, but it’s home to our daily efforts.
