Being in Gurgaon means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a fast-paced city and sometimes it feels like a new building goes up every week. We operate out of here because it's the hub for most things happening in Haryana. The roads are always full of people commuting and there's a certain energy that you don't get elsewhere. Our office is just a regular place where we show up every morning. We deal with the usual Gurgaon stuff like the monsoon rain flooding the streets or the dust during the dry months. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Most of us have been working in this area for years, so we know the shortcuts and where to get the best lunch. It’s not always easy with the noise outside, but you get used to it. We keep things moving. There is always something to do, whether it’s sorting out records or meeting with someone who dropped by without calling first. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. It’s more about just getting the jobs done. The city keeps growing and we just stay busy with our own tasks. It's a simple life really, just working in one of the busiest cities around and making sure we stay on top of the daily grind. We often find ourselves staying a bit late just to avoid the worst traffic on the roads.
