UM GREEN LIGHTING PVT LTD is based in UM House on Plot No.35P in Sector-44, Haryana. The building is a fairly modern structure compared to some of the older spots in the area, and it stands out on the plot. When you walk into UM House, there is a certain quietness that you do not find out on the main roads of Haryana. Sector-44 is mostly full of corporate offices, so the whole area has a professional but busy vibe to it. Our office space is kept pretty neat, with rows of desks and a few meeting rooms that are usually occupied. The lighting inside is bright, which makes sense given the name of the company. We have a security guard at the front who knows most of us by sight now. The commute can be a bit long for some of the staff, so the morning starts with a lot of people shaking off the traffic stress and getting their first cup of tea. There is a lot of talk about projects and deadlines, but it is handled in a pretty calm way. The windows look out onto other plots and the occasional bit of greenery that survives the heat. It is a steady place to work, and the routine does not change much from day to day. We just come in, do our part, and head out before the evening traffic gets too backed up on the highway.
