Weldforce International

Weldforce International is right there at No. 354 Phase -Iv in Udyog Vihar. It’s a big industrial patch and we fit right in with the rest of the shops. You can usually hear the sound of metal being moved around before you even get through the door. It’s a hot job, especially in the summer months when the roof traps all that heat, but nobody complains much. We’ve got a few heavy machines and a lot of welding gear scattered around. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't really bother with decorating the place. It’s meant for work, not for looking pretty. Most of the guys have been welding since they were kids, so they know the trade inside out. We spend a lot of time checking the equipment and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job, and we just order some food and keep going. Phase 4 is a long way from the city center, so it’s a bit of a trek for some of us, but we like it here. It’s honest work and it keeps us out of trouble. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have our tools and the address on the door.
