Universal Impex

Universal Impex is based at No. 541 Udyog Vihar Phase V. If you know this part of town, you know it’s mostly warehouses and industrial units. Our place fits right in. It’s a functional space with concrete floors and high ceilings. We spend our time managing imports and exports, which mostly means a lot of time on the phone and a lot of time checking crates. There’s always dust in the air from the traffic in Udyog Vihar, and the sound of trucks reversing is our background music. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map or two. The desks are covered in shipping manifests and coffee mugs. It’s a busy environment where everyone has a specific job to do. We don't spend much on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just handle the goods, make sure the paperwork is in order, and keep things moving through the supply chain. Most days are pretty similar—start early, handle the morning shipments, and try to get ahead of the afternoon rush. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of office. We like the grit of Phase V and the fact that everyone around here is just trying to get their work done and go home at the end of the day. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and we know what we are doing.
