You can find us over at Number 863 in Udyog Vihar Phase 5. It’s a busy area with lots of other businesses around us. We have been in this building for a while, and it has become like a second home to most of us. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a bunch of desks, some computers, and a lot of sketches and papers lying around everywhere. We tend to get caught up in our projects and lose track of time. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the stuff we have piled up. We aren't big on decorations or looking slick, we just care about getting the work right. Some days it is quiet and we just focus, other days everyone is talking at once trying to figure out a problem. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break and talk about things other than work. Being in Phase 5 means there is always something going on outside, cars honking and people rushing to work. We just stay inside and keep at it. It’s a small team, so we all know each other's habits and how we work. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It is just us, doing our thing and trying to keep the clients happy without making a big fuss about it. We just focus on what's right in front of us.
