You can find us at No. 127 in Phase-lV of Udyog Vihar. This part of town is always full of people rushing around, especially near the garment factories. We mostly deal with the small things that go onto clothes—the labels, the zippers, and those little metal bits. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it by stacking boxes right up to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you don’t know your way around. We’ve got a couple of old machines for packing, and they make a lot of noise throughout the day. My brother and I handle most of the daily stuff, from answering the phone to loading the small van we use for local deliveries. Udyog Vihar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic, but being near the other factories makes sense for us. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us covered in dust from moving cartons. We just try to keep a decent variety of stock so that when a factory needs something fast, we have it ready. The building is a bit grey and nondescript, but we have a small sign on the gate. It's just honest work, day in and day out, making sure the accessories get to where they need to go. We usually close up around seven in the evening if everything is done for the day.
