Adiflex Industries

We’ve been working out of Plot No. Ph471 in Phase 6 of Udyog Vihar for quite some time now. Sector 37 is a busy spot, and our shop is right in the middle of all the industrial action. Adiflex Industries started small. We just wanted to make things that worked well for people. It is mostly a lot of hard work every day. The machines run, we check the orders, and we make sure things get out the door. It isn't always pretty or perfect. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the local traffic or we have to stay late to finish a batch. That’s just how it goes here in Gurgaon. We know the area well and the people around here know us. We don't spend much time on fancy office furniture or big meetings. Most of our time is spent on the floor looking at parts. The weather gets hot in the summer and the shed stays warm, but we keep moving. It's a straightforward setup. We have a team that has been with us through the busy seasons and the slow ones too.
