Shivam Embroidery

We are located in Phase-5 of Udyog Vihar, specifically at D-64. It is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machines and heavy trucks moving around us. At Shivam Embroidery, we spend our days focused on the fabric that comes through our doors. It is not a quiet office job at all. It is physical work that requires us to be on our feet. We have several embroidery machines that take up most of the floor space in the unit. They make a lot of noise, but after a while, you don't even hear it anymore. We spend a lot of time checking the threads and making sure the patterns are coming out right on the cloth. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the afternoon fixing it with grease on our hands. We eat our lunch together in the small space we have cleared out near the back door. The light in the afternoon gets a bit dim in certain corners, so we have to use extra lamps to see the stitches. We deal with a lot of different orders, some big and some small. We don't really do much advertising around here. People in the area just know we are here and they bring their work to us. It is a steady routine. We show up, start the machines, and keep going until the shift finally ends.
